Maurice's transition from being in the education industry to being a Career Counsellor has been inspiring. He began his professional career as a teacher before spending more than 20 years in Namibia's public service as a professional in Training and Development. While working in the education sector, he observed a significant gap in career information and guidance for students, which often led to many students struggling to find suitable employment opportunities after graduation. After realizing the need to address the issue, he made the decision to become a career counsellor.
